How do I receive music product to review?
Due to the high volume of servicing requests we receive, we cannot service everyone. The primary criteria for consideration for servicing includes type of medium, target audience, reach and frequency. While we may not be able to service your outlet with every release, we will do our best to get you the music products that best fit your press profile.
Pressroom members do receive priority consideration for physical servicing. You are welcome to contact the EMI CMG Media Department at any time to make a special servicing request.
I have a radio station and I would like to be serviced by your Radio Dept. Who do I contact about that?
If you would like to be serviced by our Radio Department, then send your requests to radio@mail.emicmg.com. Please be patient with the response time as we receive many requests.
I have a new store. How do I sell EMICMG products?
Our distributor is EMICMG Distribution. They have an online credit application to help you get started. Fill that out and either mail or fax it back in. If you have other questions, then call customer service at 800-877-4443.
I have a store that is not in the United States. How can I be serviced by your company?
Thanks for your interest in EMICMG artists. It is against company policy for us or any record label under EMICMG to service you directly with materials or to fulfill an international order request from the U.S., but please contact your local EMICMG distributor and they will be happy to answer your inquiry.
I am promoting a concert for an EMI CMG artist. How do I get promotional product?
If you are a radio station, hosting a concert for an EMI CMG artist, contact the EMI CMG National Promotions team to purchase promotional product.

If you are an indepentant promoter, please contact the artist's manager or booking agent for promotional materials. Contact information for artist managers is located on the pressroom on each artists' page.
Do you service accompaniment or performance tracks?
EMI CMG Publicity does not service accompaniment or performance tracks for review. Tracks are availble for many of our artists and can be purchased from your local Christian bookstore.
